The Fairgrounds and Kenilworth Park is also home to several businesses that enrich and support our community. The danger we face is the possibility of the City of Petaluma reducing the fair and the space to a fraction of what it is now, at the close of 2023. If that happens, the Fairgrounds and Kenilworth Park as we know and love them today would cease to exist.
School Campuses
In addition to providing a venue for hundreds of children to proudly showcase their 4H and FFA projects, play in the park, and enjoy countless other forms of recreation, Kenilworth Park and the Fairgrounds is also home to the campuses of Live Oak Charter School and Happy Hearts Preschool.
Play Dog Play
Boasting a 16,000-gallon pool, cage free boarding, and 5 different play yards, Play Dog Play is a dog’s paradise and home away from home. The doggie-day-care facility is located within Kenilworth Park, and allows hundreds of local four-legged friends to enjoy a healthy, fun, social, and safe environment.
Airport Express
This conveniently scheduled airport shuttle service in Sonoma County operates their highest capacity Park, Ride, and Fly operation at our Fairgrounds. On average, over 125 vehicles are parked at this location each day. Not only does this provide an important service for our community, it also keeps more vehicles off our already crowded highways and city streets.
